These terms cover your use of TextFloorPlan, operated by TENSO LLC. Contact: hello@textfloorplan.com.
The service
Describe a home in plain words and get a to-scale concept floor plan: every room drawn as a rectangle with its size and area. Download it as SVG or PNG. Results are produced automatically by an AI model and may contain mistakes; check them before use.
Floor plans are concept layouts, not construction drawings. They do not show wall thickness, structure, windows or stairs and are not checked against building codes. Do not build from them without review by a qualified professional.
Free use and limits
Free use is limited to 2 generations per visitor per day. The site has a daily capacity limit; when it is reached, generation pauses until the next day (UTC).
Paid plans
- Monthly: $9.90 per month for 200 generations per month, billed by Stripe until you cancel.
- Pack: $4.90 once for 40 generations, usable for 12 months.
There are no accounts: after payment you get a private access link; keep it to restore access on another device or after a monthly renewal. A failed generation does not use up a paid or free generation. For billing questions or to cancel, email hello@textfloorplan.com.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
