How the space is divided
The plan gives the Living Room the most space, at 4.3 m × 4.6 m (213 ft²). The Entry Hall (3.2 m × 2.2 m, 76 ft²) sits between the Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen & Dining, and Living Room, with doors to each. The Kitchen & Dining (4.3 m × 2.8 m, 130 ft²) shares a wall with the Living Room. The trade-off is that the Bathroom (3.2 m × 1.5 m, 52 ft²) is compact and accessible only from the Entry Hall.
Who this layout suits
This plan suits a single occupant or a couple who want separate rooms without wasted space. The Bedroom (3.2 m × 3.7 m, 127 ft²) is large enough for a queen bed and dresser, while the Living Room (4.3 m × 4.6 m, 213 ft²) offers generous entertaining space. The Kitchen & Dining (4.3 m × 2.8 m, 130 ft²) provides room for a small table, but the Bathroom (3.2 m × 1.5 m, 52 ft²) is tight for two people sharing.
How to adapt it
To enlarge the Bathroom from 3.2 m × 1.5 m to 3.2 m × 2.0 m, borrow space from the Kitchen & Dining, which shares a wall of 1.5 m. This would shrink the Kitchen & Dining (currently 4.3 m × 2.8 m, 130 ft²) and reduce its dining area. Alternatively, merge the Bedroom and Entry Hall by removing the door and wall between them, creating a larger bedroom suite at the cost of losing the separate hall access.
