How the space is divided

The Sleeping Nook takes the largest area at 7.0 m² (76 ft²). The Kitchenette (5.1 m²) and Home Office (4.2 m²) flank the Hall (3.9 m²), which connects all rooms. The Bathroom (3.0 m²) shares a wall with the Kitchenette. The trade-off is that the long Hall (14′1″) uses space that could enlarge the Home Office or Bathroom.

Who this layout suits

This plan suits a remote worker living alone, because the Home Office is a dedicated 4.2 m² (45 ft²) room separate from the Sleeping Nook. The Kitchenette at 5.1 m² (55 ft²) is compact but functional for one person. The Bathroom (3.0 m²) offers only essential fixtures, so guests would find it tight.

How to adapt it

Widening the Kitchenette from 1.9 m to 2.4 m could add counter space, but would shorten the Bathroom or Hall. Merging the Sleeping Nook and Home Office (they share a 2.6 m wall) into one larger room would lose the separate workspace. Splitting the Hall into a smaller corridor and adding a closet for the Sleeping Nook would reduce the Kitchenette or Bathroom length.
