How the space is divided

The Living/Sleeping area takes up most of the space at 189 ft². The Kitchenette and Bathroom are side by side, each sharing a wall with the Living/Sleeping area. The Entry connects the Living/Sleeping, Bathroom, and Balcony, but the Balcony is only 31 ft², limiting outdoor use. The Kitchenette's 52 ft² and Bathroom's 44 ft² are compact, leaving little room for storage or counter space.

Who this layout suits

This plan suits a single person or couple who want a private outdoor space, as the 31 ft² Balcony is accessible from the Entry. The 189 ft² Living/Sleeping area is large enough for a bed and seating, while the 52 ft² Kitchenette works for simple cooking. The 44 ft² Bathroom is adequate for one person. It is not ideal for someone needing a separate bedroom or a larger kitchen.

How to adapt it

Merging the Kitchenette and Living/Sleeping by removing the door between them could open up the 189 ft² area, but loses the visual separation. Widening the Kitchenette from 2.7 m to 3.0 m by taking space from the Bathroom would give more counter space but reduce the Bathroom from 4.1 m². Adding a door between the Living/Sleeping and Balcony would require moving the Entry wall, which would shrink the 33 ft² Entry or the Living/Sleeping area.
