How the space is divided

The largest room is the Living/Sleeping area at 18.0 m² (194 ft²), occupying the full width of the plan. The Kitchenette (5.0 m²) and Bathroom (3.9 m²) share a wall and are accessed from the Entry/Hall (6.1 m²). The Walk-in Closet (4.2 m²) sits behind the Living/Sleeping area, reachable through a door from that room. This arrangement gives the main living zone generous space but requires the Kitchenette and Bathroom to be compact.

Who this layout suits

This plan suits a single person or couple who want a clear separation between sleeping/living and utility areas, with the Walk-in Closet (4.2 m²) providing ample storage. The 18.0 m² Living/Sleeping area allows for both a bed and a sofa without feeling cramped. The Kitchenette (5.0 m²) is adequate for simple cooking but limited for those who need a full kitchen.

How to adapt it

To enlarge the Kitchenette (2.8 m × 1.8 m), you could take space from the adjacent Entry/Hall (1.9 m × 3.2 m) by moving the wall between them, reducing the hall size. Alternatively, merging the Walk-in Closet (1.3 m × 3.2 m) with the Living/Sleeping area would create a larger open space but remove dedicated storage. Opening a door between the Living/Sleeping and Entry/Hall already exists, but adding a door between the Living/Sleeping and Kitchenette is not listed, so a wall could be cut to connect them directly.
